Payment information

You can order our products online at any time 24 hours/ 7 days a week. We offer a secure ecommerce website to ensure the safety of your information. We accept all credit cards using Paypal’s secure payment system.

If you do not wish to transact online and wish to place an order offline you can choose from the following methods:

Telephone:	please call 0403 983 529 and we will assist you with your order.
Email:	please email orders [at] bookzkeeper [dot] com [dot] au and include the product and quantity that you wish to purchase and the delivery details and contact phone number. Do not send credit card details by email.

Payment methods for telephone and email orders are by direct deposit only. Bank details will be given by email.

Delivery Information

Bookzkeeper will deliver anywhere in Australia. Freight is determined by the number of units you purchase and your location within Australia. It will be calculated at the time of checkout.

Bookzkeeper uses Toll IPEC for all deliveries and as such your order should be received within 7 – 14 days depending on your location. Shipping is conducted during business hours only.

If you do not receive your package within the above time frame please contact us and we will track your package with Toll IPEC.
